This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when purchasing parts from us.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

Faulty or Defective Parts

If the part you received is faulty, damaged, or not working as described, you may request:

  • A replacement part (if available)

  • A refund

  • A store credit

Incorrect Item Supplied

If we deliver the wrong part compared to what was ordered, we will arrange:

  • Replacement with the correct part, OR

  • Full refund once the wrong part is returned.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect part ordered by the customer

  • Compatibility issues caused by wrong model, variant, or year selection

  • Damage caused during installation or misuse

  • Electrical parts (due to testing limitations)

2. Warranty Period

All used auto parts come with a standard 30-Day Warranty, unless stated otherwise.

Warranty covers:

  • Mechanical failure

  • Non-functioning components

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Labour costs

  • Incorrect installation

  • Overheating, accident damage, or improper handling

Some parts (e.g., engines & transmissions) may come with extended warranties if stated at time of purchase.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Parts must be returned in the same condition as supplied

  • All original markings, tags, and identification must remain intact

  • Warranty seals must not be tampered with

  • The part must not be dismantled, opened, or modified

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Part name and vehicle details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the part is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong model ordered, etc.), the customer must cover shipping both ways.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned part is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within:

3–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchange Policy

If a replacement part is available, we can arrange an exchange at no additional cost (for eligible issues only).
If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

8. Special Conditions for Engines, Transmissions & Major Components

For warranty to remain valid:

  • The part must be installed by a licensed mechanic

  • Fluids, seals, filters, and belts must be replaced before installation

  • Engine numbers must match the invoice

Failure to follow proper installation procedures may void the warranty.
